It was great working with Nick during the construction of our house. Unlike other builders that charge for every change that is made to their cookie cutter floor plans, Nick was always willing to listen to our ideas. And as long as the changes were made prior to the start of the work he did not charge for the change or changing the blueprint like other builders. He also believes in solid construction techniques, we have been in the house for two years and still have not had a floor squeak. We looked at builders and homes for four years before deciding on Nick and are very happy with our decision to let him build our home.

After a million questions and an understanding that we would be on site most every day to personally oversee the construction practices, we started. We were very pleased with the process and quality construction. In a family with union iron workers we have pretty high construction standards. We have remained friends with both Nick and Staci as well as some of the contractors that worked on our home. If we ever build again, Nick and Staci will be our only choice.
